Return Policy

      Thank you for selecting R&M Variety Shop. Every item is backed by our long tradition of selling quality product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it back to us within 30 days from the original purchase with receipt and we will happily issue a refund.

       Any returns received after 30 days from the purchase date will be exchanged to either a similar product or can be applied towards other purchases. Product being returned without receipt will be subject to last sale price. 

     Purchases on Electronics (Such as Cellphones and Tablets, Portable CD Players, Boom Boxes) with manufacture defects can be returns within 30 days. Electronics being returned without any visible defects will be subject to 15% restocking charge.

     There is no return on bedroom furniture and ready to assemble furniture. For missing or defective parts, they can be ordered at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase.

     Furniture and mattresses are final sales. All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You must have receipt and original un-opened packaging in order to return or exchange item. NO EXCEPTIONS.

     Furniture, mattresses, & any other boxed item...(Dining set, TV stands, Fireplace, Chest, Vases, ETC.) are all final sales and are not refundable or exchangeable unless item is defective. Any defective items must be reported within 7 days of original purchase. Any return or exchange on un-opened furniture must be approved by authorized personnel within 30 days. Special order items are final and no return or exchange will be offered. If for any reason you return/exchange item with opened packaging, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEM MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO SCRATCHES OR DAMAGE.

     All Bill Payments, Phone payments, Phone cards, Medicines, Vitamins, Undergarments are final sales. There is no return, no refund, No exchange. Toilet seats are final sales. For sanitary reasons, they cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging is ripped, opened, etc. We will gladly exchange or return the item with valid receipt if it is defective or if packaging is in tact.
